About Ariel

Ariel Brotherton is an electrical engineer, project manager, and PMO leader with over 15 years of experience spanning engineering design, project management in industrial control systems and life sciences, and PMO leadership.

His career arc — from electrical engineer at Ventana Medical Systems (now Roche Tissue Diagnostics) to Sr. Manager of the PMO Center of Excellence at West Pharmaceutical Services, to Director of Project Management at Pinnacle Transplant Technologies — gave him a firsthand view of how projects and project portfolios succeed and fail at scale. That experience became the foundation for Providence PPM: software designed by someone who has lived the pain of managing complex projects and project portfolios without the right tools.

Ariel owns two companies: WDIB LLC, a project management and business enablement consulting firm, and Pronoia Solutions LLC, the software company behind the Providence product suite. Pronoia Solutions was formed in March 2026 with a mission to build enterprise-grade software that brings clarity to complex business processes.

Ariel is a strong believer in the Lord Jesus Christ which heavily influences his servant-leadership style of management both in and out of the workplace. His commitment to living a biblical worldview dedicated to truth is what drives him to always look for the best way to do things, even if it might be difficult.
